Friday, September 13—Mr. Green Returns!
Mr. Green, Sierra magazine’s popular environmental-advice columnist, is visiting us again. He’ll talk about how to reduce your environmental footprint. He claims he’s down to a mere 2,800 kilowatt hours a year and wants you to go lower and beat him at his own game.
Bob’s a longtime Berkeley resident, was managing editor of Sierra, and has written hundreds of articles and reviews for various newspapers and magazines. A collection of his columns, Hey Mr. Green, was published by Sierra Club Books in 2008. He grows over 40 different herbs and vegetables.
