Vision for a Better Broadway: A Panel Discussion–Monday, June 11–Revitalizing Oakland’s Broadway-Valdez District in a Post-Redevelopment Era

This fall Oakland will release a draft plan and Environmental Impact Report for the Broadway-Valdez Specific Plan. With the loss of the Redevelopment Agency, Oakland will need to explore innovative ways to catalyze revitalization.

Hear a special discussion featuring experts with smart ideas about how we can jumpstart the area, including assistant city administrator Fred Blackwell and Planning Commission chair Vien Truong. Refreshments and time for networking will be provided.
